Terms - By using this website you agree to all Terms and Conditions of Passage Goods Limited (we/us/our). These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms.

Products and Services - All product imagery displayed throughout our website and marketing material is for guidance and example only. Individual items displayed may or may not be included in the gift box you receive. Although specific items or products may be requested, these are subject to availability and may or may not be included. We will ensure that the quality and purpose of the gift box you receive is maintained and equivalent to depictions throughout our website and marketing material. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and all information you provided will be assumed to be correct. We reserve the right to cancel any order (without charge) at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to write, or censor, any 'Handwritten Note' that contains profanity or language that is deemed offensive by us.

Promotions - 'Free Gift' promotions cannot be combined with any other promotions. During 'Free Gift' promotions, only one 'Free Gift' may be available per customer. 'Free Gift' items cannot be returned or refunded. We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time. Only viable NZ delivery addresses can be delivered to. We reserve the right to send any 'Free Gift' to any delivery address provided if alternative is not viable.

Pricing and Payment - All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive. Pricing is subject to change at any time. All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store full card information.

Delivery - We deliver nationwide within New Zealand. Delivery will have been deemed complete when it is left at your nominated address, signed for, or a ‘Card to Call’ delivery slip has been left at your nominated address. You are responsible for providing a valid New Zealand delivery address. We endeavour to meet our delivery estimates as stated in our Shipping Policy, however, these are estimates only and we are not liable for late delivery.

Liability - Although we will attempt to cater to any dietary or allergen requirements, we are not liable for how products within gift boxes are consumed or used. All product safety, dietary and allergen information must be read and adhered to before consumption or use. We will assume responsibility to replace or refund any individual products or items that are damaged or unusable upon delivery.

Privacy - Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
